Cumin seeds have the property of regulating our body temptation and keep our skin in good health. So we need to regularly consume cumin seeds through any means possible.

For Digestion Problems and to Increase Appetite

Prepare some cumin water by boiling little cumin seeds with water and use it as a replacement for water. This will prevent digestion problems and other infectious diseases. Cumin water will increase your appetite as well.

To Cure Gastric Problems

Chewing little cumin seeds and drinking some water will cure dizziness. Add a little cumin powder, ginger, and turmeric powder to buttermilk and drink it. This will cure gastric problems.

For Diarrhoea

To cure Diarrhoea, mix a teaspoon of tea powder with a little cumin powder and prepare a tea out of this mixture.

To Lose Weight

Eat a banana along with a teaspoon of cumin seeds before going to sleep. This will help you to lose weight.

To Strengthen Internal Organs

Make a powder out of equal amounts of dry ginger, cumin seeds, black pepper, and long pepper. Mixing this powder with a little honey and consuming it will ensure the proper and healthy functioning of all the internal organs in our body. It will also cure any problems with the internal organs. This can be had as a medicine once a week regularly.

To Cure Blood Pressure

Add a teaspoon of cumin powder to a glass of grape juice and consume it to cure initial stage blood pressure. This drink will also help to regulate the blood pressure levels in people who have moderate blood pressure problem.

For Eye Irritation

Mix a teaspoon of cumin powder, pepper powder to coconut. Heat this oil and apply it over the scalp to cure eye irritation and tears.

To Cure Hiccups

Make a powder out of little cumin seeds and long pepper. Consume this powder by mixing it with a little honey. This will act as a cure for continuous hiccups.

Strengthen Nervous System

Roast little cumin seeds and add consume it with a little palm jaggery to strengthen the nervous system.

For Stomach Disorders

Take 4 black pepper, little cumin seeds, and 2 betel leaves, and chew them together to cure stomach disorders.

To Cure Intestinal Disorders

Make a paste out of little cumin seeds, 3 cloves of garlic, and a little lemon extract. Mix this paste with a little warm water and drink it to cure intestinal disorders.

To Cure Leukorrhea

Women can make a paste out of little cumin seeds and a small onion. Mixing this paste in a glass of warm milk and drinking it will cure Leukorrhea.
