Eating fruits raw is the best way to gain all the goodness it offers. But we all love fruit juices. Fruit juices are not always the best way to consume it unless you have a slow juicer. As slow juicers retain the enzyme content in it and extract maximum possible juice as opposed to fast juicers. Fast juicers generate more heat during the juicing process, this destroys the enzymes in it. On the other hand, slow juicers are expensive and not affordable by all.
So what is the better alternative? It is Tupperware Juist. It is a manual juicer for both citrus and not citrus fruits. Plus all the juicing is done manually, so you can extract maximum juice out of your fruits as long as you have the energy to press a little more.
How to use it?
The juicer comes in three parts. The container, the strainer, and the twister top.
To juice citrus fruits. Just place the strainer facing upwards and squeeze the citrus fruits over it. All the juices sans pulp and seeds will be collected at the bottom.
For not citrus fruits. Place the strainer facing downwards over the container, fill it with all the sliced fruits and push it from the top using the twister top.
The twister top is hollow on the inside, and it has a cap at the top. This cap can be opened and filled with rice to add extra weight. Adding more weight to twister top will make the juicing process little easy, as it provides that extra pressure and weight.
Once the juicing is done, you can clean the sides of strainer in running tap water. You can also brush it gently. But use a soft brush to avoid scratches.
What fruits can be juiced with this?
All the citrus fruits can be juiced by keeping the strainer facing up. And most other non-citrus fruits like papaya, mango, grapes, strawberries, watermelon etc can be juiced by placing the strainer facing down.
What is the price?
Tupperware just is priced at $45.00 which will include free shipping.
