Protein Deficiency

When your body doesn’t get enough supply of protein, it directly has its impact on your hair. So it is necessary to have a healthy and balanced diet.

Obesity and Over Weight

Obesity due to sudden weight gain can influence hair growth and increase hair loss. With regular exercise, healthy lifestyle, and balanced diet we can combat and prevent this problem completely.

Haemoglobin Deficiency

When there are lower levels of hemoglobin in our blood, it leads to hair fall. Women who have problems with periods and women who are anemic will have problems with their hair health. We can increase the hemoglobin levels in our blood by consuming dates, pomegranate, papaya, green vegetables, and fruits.

Thyroid Problems

Both hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism will have its impact on hair’s health. Additionally, PCOD (Poly Cystic Ovary Disease) can lead to hair fall. These problems must be brought to Doctor’s attention and get them treated immediately.

Typhoid, jaundice, and dengue can lead to hair fall for 6 to 8 months time. This is quite normal. This will come to a stop once the disease is cured.

Smoking is Injurious to Hair

People who are regular smokers will have thin and unhealthy hair. Their hairs will break apart easily. Similarly, people with kidney failure will undergo several problems with their hair.

Depression can lead to Hair loss

People who are depressed will definitely undergo hair loss. We can easily identify a depressed person just by looking at the condition of their hair. With good rest and healthy sleeping habits, we can recover our hair’s health.

Can be due to Cancer

Cancer affected people will go through heavy hair loss. Just combing their hair is enough to notice the excessive hair fall. Cancer patients who undergo chemotherapy treatment will have heavy hair loss as well. But their hair growth will start to reappear after the completion of the treatment.
