Avocado is not a widely available fruit across the globe, but if you can get hold of one and if its one of your favourite fruit, then you will love this lovely and easy to make sandwich as a breakfast and also an evening snack. Ingredients used in this sandwich are widely available and you should have no problems in making one quickly.
1 no – Avocado fruit
1 no – Medium sized onion
1 no – Medium sized tomato
2 tsp – pepper powder ( you can add more if you like pepper)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp – olive oil
8 no – bread slices
Ghee or oil for toasting
How to cook Avocado Sandwich
Step 1: Chop the onion and tomato
Step 2: Take out the fleshy part of avocado fruit and cut it in to pieces
Step 3: Take a bowl and put in chopped onion, tomato, pepper powder, avocado pieces and 1 tbsp olive oil
Step 4: Add some salt and mix all the ingredients well
Step 5: Heat a pan, add ghee or oil and roast the bread slices till it gets to golden brown in colour on both sides
Step 6: Spread the avocado mixture in-between two bread slices and serve it.
